    You have to understand that treating panic attack is a long-term commitment. You have to be up for it 100% or even more to ensure that you will be completely cured. I have seen people who underwent therapy to treat the condition but they refused to finish the course. They ended up realizing the panic disorder remains.

    I have been searching online on how to get rid of panic attack but this happens to be the best source I have found. I want to put an end to it while my family still understands me. Sometimes I feel like they are about to lose patience with regards to my behavior. I am not usually like that but because of panic, my treatment towards them is becoming really strange and so not like my old self.
