Computer controlled machining is followed by the latest gear cutting technology and superior heat-treating. We finish each gear with extra lapping for an ideal contact pattern and smoother, quieter operation. (All gears ending in "OE" are Original Equipment products. Use these in ultra-critical noise applications, such as passenger cars, vans and sport utility vehicles.)
