The newly redesigned Jeep M35 Super Truss™ is a fantastic upgrade for the Jeep owner that needs the added durability for their M35, but doesn’t want the cost or headache of swapping in a new axle housing.
Along with redesigning the Dana spicer 35 Super Axle Truss for the Jeep YJ, Superior also added a truss for a Dana Spicer 35 and Dana Spicer 44 Super Axles for the 1999-2006 Jeep TJ X, Sahara and Rubicon models.
The Super Axle Trusses have been tested and are shown to remove 23% vertical and 52% horizontal flex in from the axle housing. In addition to removing the failure causing housing flex the Super Truss fixes a few other issues that come with lifting Jeeps. On the Jeep TJ models the Super Truss relocates the lower shock mounts, allowing the shocks to clear the coil spring buckets on Jeeps that have the pinion angle rotated upward to fix drive shaft angle. The Jeep TJ Super Truss also comes with a trac bar mount support bracket, this bracket is designed to stop the failure prone factory trac bar mount from cracking away and failing.
